G DATA Managed Endpoint Security License (MES)
Managed Endpoint Security is our license for our managed security service partners.
The G DATA partner offers customers everything from a single source and takes over all tasks that arise - from rolling out the G DATA Security solution on the endpoints to managing configurations. At the same time, they are the direct point of contact for all questions and offer competent advice from trained personnel in the event of an emergency.
The endpoints of each customer are connected to a G DATA Management Server - divided into clients - of the partner, which centrally monitors the security status and ensures that the signatures are updated. The G DATA partner operates this server in its data centre and ensures the connection of the endpoints via the Internet.
The partner is billed monthly for the licences used (at least 250), broken down by client. The partner then charges its customers for its services including the endpoints used by the customer.
