What happens to deleted users, and how long do they appear in reports?

If you deactivate users and move them to the "Users to be Deleted" section, you should back up all relevant certificates and reports before permanently deleting them.

Once users have been permanently deleted, you will no longer have access to their transcripts, certificates, or reports.
