To do so, use the recertification course. It contains five tests on the topics of cybersecurity, malware, phishing, social engineering, and modern work practices. After successfully completing all tests, participants receive a certificate. In addition, as an administrator, you have the option of tracking completions via a separate report, the Cyber Defense Academy Recertification Report.

As an administrator, you can enroll your learners in this course. Instructions for enrollment can be found here. During enrollment, an email is sent to the learners.

If you would like a learner to go through the content again, please contact training-support@gdata.de. The support team can reset learner progress to enable the learner to complete the content again.
