Enrolling Students on the Waiting List into Courses
If a course isn’t displayed to students, they may have been placed on the waiting list. In this case, follow the steps described below.

Open the "Courses" section. To do this, click the folder icon in the upper-left corner to open the menu, and then select Courses. |

Search for the relevant course. In the "Waiting List" column, you can see if any students are on the waiting list. |

Click the icon with the number in front of it to open the course’s waiting list. |

For the relevant learner, click the three dots at the end of the row and select Change Status → Enrolled. |

The learner is now enrolled in the course and can access it.
