Reports Overview

As an administrator, we provide you with the following six standard reports.

Cyber Defense Academy Report: Awareness Boosters (Courses)

This report shows you how far along each learner is in the various Awareness Booster courses. You will receive the following information for each learner and each course:

When the course was completed. If this column is empty, the learner has not yet completed the course.
When the learner last accessed the course.
The percentage of the course the learner has completed.
How many sessions the learner has already spent in the course—that is, how often they have opened the course in the Learning Management System.

Cyber Defense Academy Recertification Report

This report shows you how far along each learner is in the recertification course. For each learner, you will receive the following information:

When the course was completed. If this column is empty, the learner has not yet completed the course.
When the learner last accessed the course.
The final score with which the course was completed.
The percentage of the course the learner has completed.
How many sessions the learner has already spent in the course—that is, how often they have opened the course in the Learning Management System.

Cyber Defense Academy “Focus Topics” Report

This report shows you how far along each learner is in the various Focus Topics courses. You will receive the following information for each learner and each course:

When the course was completed. If this column is empty, the learner has not yet completed the course.
When the learner last accessed the course.
The percentage of the course the learner has completed.
How many sessions the learner has already spent in the course—that is, how often they have opened the course in the Learning Management System.

Cyber Defense Academy Courses Progress Report

This report provides an overview of the individual courses in the curriculum that learners are taking. For each course, you will see the following information:

The language of the course.
How many learners are enrolled in the course.
The percentage of learners who have not yet started the course.
What percentage of learners have started the course but have not yet completed it.
What percentage of learners have completed the course.
How long it took your employees to complete the course.

Cyber Defense Academy User Progress Report (Learning Plans)

This report provides you with an overview of the learners and their progress within the learning plan. You will receive the following information for each learner:

Last access to the Learning Management System (if a learner has never logged in, this column is empty)
Name of the learning plan.
Completion date of the learning plan.
Completion rate: What percentage of their learning plan has the learner completed?
Date the learner enrolled in the learning plan.
Enrollment status for the learning plan (Enrolled, In Progress, or Completed).

When the course was completed. If this column is empty, the learner has not yet completed the course.
When the learner last accessed the course.
Final score with which the course was completed.
