How can I find out which courses and how many courses the learners have already completed?
For this information, we recommend the report "Cyber Defense Academy User Progress Report (Learning Plans)".
To access this report, click the statistics icon in the upper-left corner to open the menu, and then click Select reports. Then open the "Create custom reports" tab.
You will then see a list of our six standard reports, including "User Progress Report (Learning Plans)". When you click this report, a preview is displayed. If there is too much data, the full preview cannot be displayed. In addition, depending on the volume of data, it may take a long time for the preview to load. In this case, it is better to download the report as a CSV or Excel file.
