How can I find out which and how many courses learners have already completed?

For this information, we recommend the "Cyber Defense Academy User Progress Report (Learning Plans)" report.

You can access this report by clicking the statistics icon in the upper-left corner to open the menu, then clicking select Reports. Next, go to the "Create Custom Reports" tab.

You will then see a list of our six standard reports, including the "User Progress Report (Learning Plans)". Clicking on this report will give you a preview. If there is too much data, the full report cannot be displayed. Additionally, depending on the volume of data, it may take a very long time for the preview to load. It’s better to download the report as a CSV or Excel file.
