Learners were migrated to the 3-level system; where can they find their previous certificates?
| These instructions apply to existing customers who completed our trainings before the introduction of our current 3-level system. |
You can still find the successfully obtained certificates from the existing learning plan on the learning platform. In the user menu under "My activities" > "Courses" are the course certificates. Under "My activities" > "Learning plans" is also the completion certificate for the entire learning plan. Course certificates as well as the completion certificate can be downloaded directly by clicking them.
As a general best practice, we recommend downloading all records and saving them in a suitable location.
