Learners have been transitioned to the 3-Level-System; where can they find their previous certificates?
| These instructions apply to existing customers who completed our training courses before the introduction of our current 3-Level-System. |
You can still find the certificates you have successfully earned from the existing learning plan on the learning platform. You can access the course certificates via the user menu under "My Activities" > "Courses." Under "My Activities" > "Learning Plans" you can also view the completion certificate for the entire learning plan. Course certificates and the completion certificate can be downloaded directly by clicking on them.
We generally recommend that you download all certificates and save them in a suitable location.
