Saving a contact in the emergency call chain

The contacts saved here will be called in the event of a critical Incident in the specified order (from top to bottom) until an emergency contact is reached.

In the G DATA Web-Portal, open the MXDR > Notifications window.

Switch to the Emergency call chain tab.

Click PlusNotfallKontakt

Click in the name field.

  • Select a user from the drop-down menu

  • or type the contact person’s name in the field.

Authorized persons who can create contacts in this area see, in the ALL selection, all users stored in the G DATA Web-Portal, not only the users within the Organization Units assigned to them.

Click the Phone number field and enter the contact’s phone number.

Confirm your entries by clicking the Save button.
