Which firewall ports do I need to allow?

To ensure smooth retrieval of the portal information from our backend, it is necessary to allow outbound traffic from your network on TCP port 443.

If rendering issues occur when retrieving the information in G DATA Web Portal, please check your firewall settings.

You can test the connection, for example, using Telnet:

Telnet mailprotection.gdata.de 443

If the connection is established successfully, you will see a blinking cursor. Otherwise, an error message is displayed.
