I cannot see buttons or settings described in this documentation. What could be the reason for this?

The G DATA Web Portal is designed so that users with limited access permissions cannot see buttons and settings that are not intended for them, or will only be shown grayed out for their information.

If you have difficulty accessing described functions or pages, ensure that the assigned role includes the necessary permission.

It is also possible that you did not purchase the product described.
