Our 24/7 Detection & Response Analyst Service ensures that your systems are constantly monitored and prompt appropriate responses.

In the event of critical incidents, we will inform you by e-mail around the clock, 365 days a year. If you wish, you will also receive information by e-mail in the event of less critical incidents.

Depending on the service level, in the event of critical incidents, we immediately call the person specified in the agreed notification chain.
