This article tells you where to find your data
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. Therefore, we use authentication at various points to protect your data and settings from unauthorised access. Through a combination of your personal data we can still uniquely identify your licence or product.
Your personal data can be found in various places in your documents and in your software.
How to find your G DATA registry number
If you purchased your G DATA product in a retail box, you will find your registration number on the inside of the box.
If you have purchased your G DATA product as a download order, you will have received an email from shop@gdata.de. In this email you will find your registration number.
If you have purchased a product directly from the G DATA Shop, Software will be activated immediately is selected in the shopping cart. You will receive your access data by email after the purchase. In this case, it is no longer necessary to enter a registration number. It may take about 5 - 10 minutes after purchase until you receive the e-mail. Check your spam folder if necessary.

Is your invoice available?
You will find your customer number, invoice number and username on your invoice.
Where can I find my data in My G DATA?
In your personal area, you can find your username in the menu at the top right under your name. Simply mouseover your name and your username will be displayed along with other functions.
Where can I find my data in the products G DATA AV, IS and TS?
You can view your username in the software as follows:
① Start your G DATA software
② Click on the "cogwheel" icon in the top right-hand corner
③ Then click on "Updates"
Do you have a overdue notice?
If you have received a overdue notice, you will find your customer number and the invoice number there.
