Remove program remnants with the G DATA AVCleaner

The use of the G DATA AVCleaner may become necessary in rare cases where a fresh installation fails, a successful installation has been corrupted, or uninstallation is not possible

You can download G DATA AVCleaner here.

Then proceed as follows:

Right-click the downloaded AVCleaner.exe file. From the context menu select Run as administrator from the context menu and confirm the following security question "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer" by clicking Yes.

AVCleaner will now scan your system for remnants of your G DATA software and list them in the program window.
