In My G DATA, you can easily manage and cancel your licenses—we’ll fill in your customer information for you. This way, you can be sure that all identification details are submitted to us correctly.

Do you have all the relevant information on hand and would like to fill out the cancellation form manually?

To clearly identify your license agreement, we need your customer number and your username; you can find both of these details on your invoice. If you do not have the necessary information, our article on “Where can I find my personal data?” will help you.

If you do not enter any information in the “Date” field, your license will be canceled at the earliest possible date.

The possible cancellation date depends on the purchase date of your license. We will try to schedule the desired date, provided it complies with the contractual conditions.
