Create new e-mail recipient for notifications

1.

Open the window 365 Managed EDR > Notifications in the G DATA Web Portal.

Click on button.

3.

Click in the recipient field.

  • Select a user from the pull-down menu

  • or write the recipient’s e-mail address in the field (collective mailboxes are permitted at this point).

Authorized persons who can create contacts in this area see ALL users stored in the G DATA Web Portal in the selection, not just the users within the organisation units assigned to them.

4.

Click in the row below the column heading Notification event and select whether the recipient should be notified in the event of a new incident, a new recommended action or both.

Confirm your entries by clicking on the Save button.
