I cannot see the buttons or settings described in this documentation. What could be the reason for this?

The G DATA Web Portal is structured in such a way that users with restricted access rights cannot see the buttons and settings that are not intended for them, or those are only displayed grayed out for information purposes.

If you have difficulties accessing the functions or pages described, make sure that the role assigned to you contains the necessary right.

It is also possible that you have not purchased the product described.
