A learner has not received a login email. What can I do?
Question:
I have created a new learner in the Learning Management System, but the learner has not received a login email. What can I do?
Answer:
Write an e-mail with the information which employee did not receive the LogIn e-mail (contact details can be found on
your admin dashboard).
We will resend the login e-mail to your employee.
Alternatively, send your learner these instructions.
