Why don’t completed courses show up under "My Activities"?

I have completed courses, but they do not appear in "My activities ". What can I do?

Answer:

Our Learning Management System is web-based. The behavior of our Learning Management System therefore varies depending on which browser you are using. Some browsers take longer to refresh and display the results of completed courses in the statistics.

In this case, it helps to clear the browser cache.

To do this, click on the three dots in the browser next to the address bar, at the very top right, and click through the following path: Settings > Security and Privacy > Clear Browser Data. You will now find a list with different types of browser data that you can delete. To update the statistics in your dashboard, check the box Cookies and other websites.
