Remove assignment of a learner to a learning plan

If you want to remove an employee from learning plans - e.g. if learning plans have not been assigned in the correct language - the assignment to the learning plan must be removed.

→ To remove a learner from a learning plan:

  1. Open the Learning Plans page.

    How to do this…​

    Go to the Admin menu at the top right via the cogwheel and then to Learning plans.

  2. Click Enrol User in the row of the incorrectly assigned learning plan.

    A list of learners assigned to the learning plan appears.

  3. Find the line of the learner you want to remove from the learning plan and click the X there. You can use the search bar to find the learner.

    A dialogue box appears asking if you really want to unassign.

  4. Activate the checkbox Log the selected user out of the courses assigned to the learning plan as well…​ by ticking the checkbox.

  5. Do not tick the checkboxes Do not deregister users from courses they have completed and Do not deregister users from courses in progress.

The courses in the learning plan are now no longer made available to your learner on the learner dashboard.
