Why should I not turn off notifications from the G DATA Agent?

The G DATA Agent uses the Windows message service. This can cause the Windows message service to ask you if you still want to continue receiving notifications from the G DATA Agent if no messages have been sent from it for a long time.

You should not disable this under any circumstances. If you disable this, you will no longer receive notifications about potential threats on your system! Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to configure the Windows notification service in a way that this message longer pops up from time to time, but you would still receive important notifications from G DATA Agent.
