Are the communication channels between the G DATA Agents and the G DATA Cloud Backend secure?

In particular, how is the response channel secured, through which G DATA Security Analysts have access to endpoints, so that it cannot be used by unauthorized persons?

The channel between G DATA Agents and G DATA Cloud Backend is secured at several levels.
All communications are encrypted via TLS in accordance with the latest standards.

In the case of the Response module the content of each message is authorized and logged internally.
Authorized messages are signed using cryptography (public / private key) and checked by the G DATA Agents.
