My contract

This view shows you an overview of all the products you use from us.

Here you can see the next billing date and the number of devices that can be protected with the product.

Contract adjustments

By clicking on Edit contract, you can purchase additional products and protect additional devices.

Once you have made your selection, click on Add to cart to see a summary of the contract changes. You can cancel individual changes by clicking on the X button in the column of the respective item. After checking your shopping cart, proceed by clicking Proceed to checkout.

Select your preferred payment method in the window that opens. You can choose between Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and direct debit.

Complete your order by clicking Submit order and if necessary, provide your payment details.

Termination of contract

If you wish to terminate one of your contracts with us, click on Cancel contract next to the next billing date.

Ordinary cancellation

Ordinary cancellation must take place within the periods stipulated in the contract. In the current View, you have the option of setting a date for the cancellation. Furthermore, you can inform us about your reasoning for the termination. If you do not specify a date, the subscription will be canceled at the earliest possible date.

Giving a reason for termination is completely voluntary, but it helps G DATA a lot to improve our products.

Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel subscription. After confirming the cancellation, you will see a summary of all relevant data. You can print out this information sheet if you wish.
You will then also receive confirmation of the cancellation with all relevant data by e-mail.

Extraordinary cancellation

Extraordinary cancellation before the end of the contractually agreed term requires a valid reason. Please make sure you have such justification.

Then enter the date for the cancellation and confirm the process by clicking Cancel subscription. After confirming the cancellation, you will see a summary of all relevant data. You can print out this information sheet if you wish.
You will then also receive confirmation of the cancellation with all relevant data by e-mail.
