Account settings

Here you can view your personal account settings and modify them if necessary.

Personal information

There are four subsections in this area: General, Email address, Payment Information, and Address.

General

The fields Username and Customer number are for information purposes only and cannot be changed. In addition, there is the option to modify the theme of the portal (dark mode) and change the language. You can choose between German, English, French, Italian, and Dutch.

Email address

Here you can change the email address for you My G DATA account. If you want to change your email address, you must enter it twice for security reasons.

Payment information

The payment details used for billing can be viewed here. If your payment details have changed, you can update them by clicking Change bank details.

Address

This is your address. If your address changes, please update the data and confirm by clicking Save address.

Security

In this section, you can change the password used for your My G DATA account.

If you want to choose a new password, first enter your current password and then choose a new one. Repeat input of the new password in the next input field. Complete the process by clicking on Reset password.

If you have forgotten your password but are still logged in, log out. In the login screen, you have the option to click on "Forgot password?". You will then receive an email at the email address you provided with instructions on how to reset your password.

Data protection is a high priority for G DATA. If you would like to stay up to date on our products and receive information about further developments, please agree to the processing of your data under the specified conditions.
