G DATA VPN for macOS: Installation and activation

This article describes how to install and activate G DATA VPN on macOS. A guide with information on how G DATA VPN works can be found here.

Download the Installation file for G DATA VPN macOS and start the installation with a double click.

Follow the instructions on the screen. Press Continue to proceed through the installation, you can make adjustments from the standard installation, if needed.

Fill in your G DATA credentials and click on Log in.

If you do not yet have G DATA access data, you can gain them in our My G DATA portal.

You can choose your preferred server-destination and connect by clicking on Connect.

When using the G DATA VPN software for the first time or when selecting a new VPN connection protocol, allow the VPN configuration.
